Sophia is Banff’s newest restaurant and with its Italian pasta and pizza menu, it’s a very similar concept to Lupo. If you were to choose between these two, we’d say that food in Lupo is still a bit better, but Sophia has really great happy hour deals for both pizzas and cocktails (make sure to try It’s a Spritz!).
