Absolutely amazing vegan coffee shop with vegan cake galore!
You'll finish this 8-day adventure in the lively town of Penzance, the largest town in West Cornwall, famous for its historic port, open-air lido and eclectic range of independent shops, cafes and galleries.
🌱 LUNCH TIP
The Orange Cafe in Moushole has got you well covered. I always leave at least an hour's stop here with my hiking groups so that we can eat all the cake! They have an amazing range of savoury and sweet vegan dishes, and the vegan cream tea is lovely. Enjoy!
TRAIL TIP
Today’s hike is not too demanding, have a relaxed breakfast and enjoy the last section of the path before reaching the traditional Cornish village of Mousehole, where you'll eat a lot of vegan cake.
After Mousehole, you’ll be walking along the road into Penzance. There is a pavement most of the way, and it’s a pleasant enough walk that goes through some smaller towns before you reach Penzance.
MAKE SURE TO
Enjoy your last day hiking!
There’s a nice bookshop in Penzance that’s worth a visit, The Edge Of The World Book Shop and a fun pirate bar called The Benbow, where you can stop off for a drink, they have great views of the bay from upstairs and an interesting collection of wreckage and maritime artefacts.
