This is a unique hike due to the windstorm in 1902 and lots of naturally felled trees.

The trail to Bears Falls is beautiful but overgrown, and the trail beyond that point to the Emerald Pools is less marked and you will need to follow your map closely.

Bear Falls is gorgeous and well worth the hike, especially if the fish are jumping. If you visit during the early spring salmon season, you may spot some bears too!

This hike is rated as moderate. Length 9.3 km, Elevation gain 281 m, Route type Out & back.
