Saratoga Beach is a true hidden gem on Vancouver Island.

It is centrally located between Courtenay and Campbell River.

What makes this beach special is its 200 feet of white sand, which is extremely rare on Vancouver Island.

You also get a gorgeous view of the mainland mountains.

There is a small, free public parking area here. Or better yet, rent a beach house and stay awhile :)
