Do you recognize this photo from the cover of our Vancouver Island guide?

This is one of our favourite waterfalls on the island and is a bit of a hidden gem.

The trail to overlook the falls is an easy hike. But if you want to hike down to the base of the falls, there is a rope section that we recommend only for advanced hikers! It is steep and muddy and dangerous. So attempt it at your own risk.
