The Lions Park and Bike Path Trailhead in Moab provides access to a paved bike path that runs along the Colorado River. The bike path provides access to a couple of campgrounds and trailheads, so mountain bikers often use it to ride to and from town, but you can also just go for a leisurely stroll with your dog. There are bathrooms available at the park with plenty of parking available.
