Urupukapuka Island is a beautiful destination located in the Bay of Islands of New Zealand. It is the largest island of the region, home to breathtaking beaches and unique wildlife. Visitors to Urupukapuka can enjoy numerous activities from swimming and diving, to kayaking and fishing. There are plentiful reef species in the area to explore as well as a compelling history; the island was once home to the Ngare Raumati tribe and later became the base for Zane Grey's fishing expeditions. With its sandy white beaches and clear waters, Urupukapuka Island is the perfect getaway to relax and have fun!
