Dig a hot pool at low tide

At low tide naturally heated geothermal water bubbles up through the sand, letting you dig your own thermal spa pool right on the beach with the ocean meters away! Hot water beach is VERY popular in summer and on public holidays, so i you're not keen to battle it out for a spot with other beach goers then I'd suggest coming early or late if the tide times happen to make that viable.

There are various shops where you can hire a spade if you don't bring your own.
