Praça dos Restauradores ("Restauradores Square") is a historic place in Lisbon, paying homage to the restoration of Portugal's independence from Spain, overcoming the period of the so-called Iberian Union (1580-1640). It connects Praça do Rossio ("Rossio Square") to Avenida da Liberdade ("Avenue of Liberty").

At one of the corners of Praça dos Restauradores, there are statues representing the fabulous and meticulous work of the Portuguese paviours, such a great tradition of the country.
