This little Auckland gem is tucked away in a quiet residential area. It used to be privately owned, having been brought back by the council approx 2017 so that the public could access this cute little spot! (well those that can find it, and can conquer the stairs)

This Devonport secret spot is called: Secret Cove

How to get there:

Secret Cove is located at 60A Stanley Point Road, Stanley Point, Auckland When you get there, you'll walk between 2 very narrow fences down a path and then get to the stairs and down to the 'jetty'. There's normally a rope swing there.

Tip: Sunset is a really nice time to go as the views with the harbour bridge in the background are gorgeous! Low time will give you a very average beach, high tide gives you some sweet jumping spots!
