Tips:
• Book ahead, especially for weekends and school holidays
• Try a Sip, Dip & Dine or Dip n Dine package - great value if you’re already planning to eat
• Late afternoon sessions are elite (golden light + fewer people)
• Don’t rush - allow extra time just to float, explore the various pools, and unwind
• Bring a light cover-up or robe for walking between pools (or get one from the counter)
• If you’re local or visiting often, keep an eye out for packages and specials
• Even if you’re “just going for a swim”… you’ll probably end up staying for food
Reviews:
"10/10 for everything. Before our visit we read the review's and we were hesitant to do the “sip, dip and dine” package as some of the reviews for the food weren’t the best. We decided to go for it anyway and I’m so glad we did! We enjoyed cocktails, the eye filet and the lamb wellington then a jug of sangria by the pool -everything was delicious . Relaxing atmosphere and an extra shoutout to our waitress- Skyla, she provided exceptional service. We hope to be back again." - Caitlin, January '26, Google Review
"OMG! An amazing place to go to pamper yourself or just for a swim. Fantastic staff and service from proprietor Alan to, the reception staff, Spa staff, thanks Desy & Madelana, and the staff serving refreshments around the complex and pools. The food is great. Facility is clean and well serviced. It's been several years since we were there last and it's had some significant improvements and is currently going through more which will only enhance the facility. We went for a spa package and cannot fault any of it. Locals, get out and support them, for more than just a swim. To pay such a small amount for a swim at such a facility is mind blowing. Spa prices are reasonable and likely cheaper than overseas equivalents. I strongly encourage you to support your local facility if you want the business to continue to be successful. Thank you all so much." - Janette, January '26, Google Review
"Had the best afternoon!!! Did the “dip n dine” 2hrs in the pools then main course dinner in the restaurant. Great value and being a Sunday it was quiet AND happy hour x3!!!!! Blair looked after us at dinner and he was outstanding! We couldn’t be seated by the pool so he gave us a table upstairs to be poolside. He was so friendly, attentive and charming - made our night super special and memorable" - Lianne, October '25, Tripadvisor
