Hengifoss waterfall, located in East Iceland near Lagarfljót lake, is a stunning natural wonder standing at around 128 meters tall. The hike to the waterfall takes about 1.5 hours round trip and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding gorge and basalt columns. Litlanesfoss waterfall, also along the trail, adds to the beauty of the experience with its unique basalt column setting.
