Mount Elijah
Hike
Directions

Get ready for a spectacular day on the trails starting from this trailhead, your gateway to the stunning scenery of Mt. Elijah and the serene Bigelow Lakes. You have a couple of great options here: a rewarding 5.5-mile loop with about 1000 feet of elevation gain that offers panoramic views, or a more challenging 9.2-mile loop for a full day of adventure. On a clear day, you'll be treated to incredible vistas that stretch all the way to Mt. Shasta. The trailhead itself is right at the end of the access road, so you can start your hike as soon as you park.
