🗼 The Tokyo Finale: Neon Lights & Epic Experiences

We arrived in the capital on the evening of Day 10 and checked into the Chisun Hotel Kamata.

  • The Logistics: Our bags were waiting for us! The "Grand Leap" from Miyajima was a success.

  • Hotel Tip: The hotel is great—affordable, well-located, and has a laundry service.

  • ⚠️ Important: Japan still has smoking rooms. If you don't smoke, explicitly request a non-smoking room, otherwise the floor and room will have a heavy tobacco scent.

⚔️ Day 11: Ikebukuro district

⚡ Day 12: Akasaka and Shibuya crossing

🌌 Day 13: Akihabara district and teamLab Planets TOKYO.

🗽 Day 14: Odaiba district, Tokyo Skytree and Shibuya Sky

✈️ Day 15: Sayonara, Japan

Time to head home. From the red gates of Kyoto and the One Piece statues of Kumamoto to the snowy roofs of Shirakawa-go, we experienced every side of Japan.

💡 Final Pro-Tip:

Tokyo is vast, so group your activities by district (e.g., Akihabara and teamLab on the same side of the city). And remember, your Suica or Pasmo card is your best friend for navigating the complex but incredibly efficient subway system!
