🌌 The Grand Finale: Shibuya Sky
We saved the best for last. Instead of the Skytree, we chose to go all the way to the top of Shibuya Sky.
This is an open-air observation deck on top of the Shibuya Scramble Square building. There are no glass ceilings between you and the sky on the top floor.
Standing at the glass corners (the "Sky Edge") looking down at the tiny people crossing the street 230 meters below is a rush of adrenaline.
Seeing the neon lights of Tokyo ignite across the horizon was the most emotional and beautiful way to say goodbye to our adventure.
💡 Final Traveler’s Reflection:
Standing on top of Shibuya Sky, looking out over the city where we had spent the last two weeks, it hit us how far we had come. From the One Piece statues in Kumamoto to the snowy roofs of Shirakawa-go and finally here, to the roof of Tokyo. This wasn't just a vacation; it was a 15-day quest that we lived together.
