Jeongbang Waterfall is one of Jeju Island's most visited waterfalls, and chances are this will be one of the busiest places you visit in Jeju, especially if your visit coincides with a cruise port day. There's some stairs leading down to the base of the waterfall, and the waterfall itself sits right on the edge of the ocean. You'll be able to get as close as you want or are comfortable with, but you'll feel the mist from a little ways away. This was easily one of my favorite waterfalls on the island, even with the crowds of people. If you're looking to avoid the crowds, I recommend walking down the road to Sojeongbang Waterfall, which is a bit more hidden.
