This small and cozy inn features comfortable accommodations and is conveniently situated near the main street of Homer (not on the Spit) and has great views of the Bay and Mountain Range. It might not be the newest or most recently updated, but it's cozy enough and is a great base if you're heading out on some fishing adventures.
