This second floor cafe is a hidden gem that has unique drinks like their Vienna coffee with cheese on top and delicious bites to eat like strawberry granitas and a sweet potato brulee. If you're able to get a seat at the windows, they overlook the Suwon Fortress (Hwaseong Haenggung), and it's a great spot to enjoy the views and people watch.
