This easy hike (only about 2 miles round trip from the Kincaid parking lot) leads hikers to a large, sandy black beach that overlooks Cook Inlet. You can see the wind turbines across the bay, watch plain lands, and sometimes even run into a moose or two during the hike. It's worth noting that the mudflats can be deadly with the local tide, so we encourage you to stay off of them. This is a great spot to enjoy the outdoors & have a picnic!
