This small neighborhood in Seoul has many restored but traditional houses, famous for being an "Instagram spot" to take photos. Even so, I recommend going to explore and see a different side of Seoul that really contrasts with the modern buildings. Many people here rent hanboks for their photos, and it's within walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace. Because people still live here, it's essential to please be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum. You'll see signs reminding you of this throughout the neighborhood as well. If you're looking to get some photos without the crowds, I recommend going before 11:00am.

Watch my visit to Bukchon Hanok Village here!
