There are several places on the Kardzali dam where you can see a similar view.

🚙 There is no actual place to stop, so you need to park by the road. Just at one of the bends, you jump over the guardrail and take a path down in the forest. You can also see a view from the road, but below there is a unique rock that is worth the 10-minute descent to it.
