Hraungerðiskirkja is a historic Lutheran church located in Flóahreppur, Iceland. Built in 1902, the building was designed by Eiríkur Gíslason and stands on the site of an earlier 1200 CE church. The distinctive red-roofed structure features four curved windows with six-pane frames on each side plus three above the front entrance. The exterior was renovated in 1993-1997, receiving a new roof, tower, window replacement, and protective doors. Inside, Hraungerðiskirkja is quite pretty on the inside, though it is usually closed. You can still take a pick through the windows.
