💼 Entrepreneur: The "Synergy" Stew

Located in Poblenou (the "Silicon Valley" of Barcelona, if Silicon Valley had better beaches), this place is hilariously named Entrepreneur. But don't let the LinkedIn-friendly name scare you off. Inside this refurbished industrial space, they are doing something radically un-tech: serving honest, slow-cooked, traditional Catalan food.

They call themselves a contemporary casa de menjars (eating house), which means they are fighting the good fight against ultra-processed food and trendy avocado toast. Instead, you get seasonal, home-style dishes made with local ingredients that taste like a Catalan grandmother made them.

My Tip: The space is intimate with a large communal table, so be prepared to accidentally network while eating your lunch. Also, they are open all day (8:30 AM to 11:30 PM), making it a dangerous spot for a "working lunch" that turns into a "wine afternoon."
