🍸 Varmuteo: The "I Know a Spot" Flex

If you want to impress someone with your "deep knowledge" of Barcelona’s vermouth scene without actually doing any research, take them here. It is a tiny, electric-blue box of a bar in Sant Antoni run by the team behind the Michelin-approved restaurant Alapar, which basically means the snacks are way better than they have any right to be.

They treat vermouth like a religion here (over 20 kinds on the menu), serving it properly with tonic instead of soda water. The vibe is intimate, cool, and perfect for pretending you are a local who just "stumbled in."

My Tip: Order the fricandó sandwich (a beef stew melt that will cure your hangover before it even starts) and the vanilla flan. I am not joking about the flan. It is made with vermouth and it might be the best thing you eat on this entire trip.
