If you are in Taipei and want to do some hiking, then we recommend this spot! Yangmingshan is known for its stunning landscapes, hot springs, and beautiful flower displays. When we went there, the weather was pretty foggy and windy, so be prepared to wear winter clothes as the elevation makes it colder than the regular climate.

It is pretty accessible, with public transportation available in Taipei. Simply take your nearest MRT to Shilin MRT Station, then take the S15 bus which will take you to Yangmingshan National Park.
