If you are already in Kaohsiung then be sure to check this place out! It was originally excavated in the Japanese Colonial Era and passes through Cihou Mountain, was originally a military tunnel, but a wooden plank path has now been built in the tunnel, and it has been decorated with glow-in-the-dark paintings of 12 constellations and materials such as driftwood and luminous stones; accompanied by the cool sea breeze which passes through the cave, they together inspire a feeling of romance at being beneath the stars. Upon leaving the tunnel, you will see Cijin sound beneath Cihou Mountain, the ocean spray beating on the towering, precipitous green lime walls, creating a grand, primeval ocean scene.
