From Tuesday to Sunday mornings, the square hosts the famous Cours Saleya market, where stalls overflow with fresh flowers, seasonal fruit and vegetables, olives, cheeses, herbs, spices, honey, local preserves, and regional specialties. The market is one of the best places to discover the flavours and scents of Provence and the French Riviera.

On Monday mornings, the market changes character and becomes an antiques and flea market, where visitors can browse vintage objects, paintings, books, and collectibles.
