The Clock Tower of Poros is the island’s most recognizable landmark, perched on a hill overlooking Poros Town and the narrow channel to Galatas. Built in 1927, its blue‑domed top and whitewashed facade are quintessentially Greek, making it a favorite spot for photos and a must‑visit for first‑timers.

The short but slightly steep climb rewards visitors with stunning panoramic views of the harbor, the Saronic Gulf, and the lush Lemon Forest of Galatas across the water. It’s a perfect quick stop for orientation and one of the best places to capture the island’s amphitheatrical layout.

👉 Go early in the morning or just before sunset for the best lighting and fewer crowds, especially ideal for photography.
