The Port de Toulon, located in the heart of Toulon in the Var, sits within one of the largest natural harbors in Europe, enclosed by the presqu’île de Saint-Mandrier and the monts toulonnais. It plays a central role in the region as a major gateway to Corsica, a cruise port, and the home of the main French naval base, where the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle is stationed.
