The Roseraie Princesse Grace is a peaceful garden located in Fontvieille Park in Monaco, created in memory of Princess Grace of Monaco. Opened by Prince Rainier III, the garden honors his wife with a beautifully landscaped space filled with roses and Mediterranean greenery.
More than 4,000 rose bushes grow throughout the garden, representing many different varieties from around the world. The roses surround a central lake and quiet walking paths, creating a calm environment where visitors can stroll among the fragrant flowers.
The garden is also planted with olive trees, palm groves, and shaded lawns, giving it the feeling of a small Mediterranean park in the heart of Monaco. Sculptures and benches scattered throughout the garden provide quiet places to sit and enjoy the surroundings.
Combining elegant landscaping with a touching tribute to Monaco’s beloved princess, the Roseraie Princesse Grace remains one of the most peaceful green spaces in the principality.
👉 Local tip: Visit during late spring when the roses are in full bloom. The colours and fragrance are at their best, and the garden becomes one of the most photogenic spots in Monaco.
