📍 Shigira beach

Tucked away on the island of Miyakojima, this secret beach is famous for its crystal-clear water and abundance of sea turtles 🙌🏻.

The beach is easy to locate on maps, however the turtles can be a little trickier to find unless you know where they requent. This is why we used a guide. Otherwise you can try your lucky by yourself 🥰

The best way to see them is with a local guide who knows their favorite hangout spots and this usually includes a second stop at another incredible nearby beach and marine park.

You will expect to pay for parking as the carpark is owned by the hotel next door
