Whats here?

A relaxed winery just outside Denmark where you can do free wine tasting and wander around the grounds.

There’s also a small shop selling things like handmade soaps, local wines, jams and other gift-style bits. It’s one of those places where you’ll probably end up browsing longer than you expected.

There’s a restaurant on site too — I didn’t eat there, but the food coming out looked genuinely good.

What to expect

• Nice spot for a short walk around the property and near the lake

• Shop with local products

• On-site restaurant if you want to stay for a meal

Is it worth it?

If you’re into wine tasting, definitely — it’s an easy, enjoyable stop and I liked it here.

If you’re not really bothered about wine, you’re not missing anything essential. It’s pleasant, but not a must-do unless that’s your thing.
