The Ha’penny Bridge, one of Dublin’s most recognizable landmarks, is a cast-iron pedestrian bridge that gracefully spans the River Liffey. Built in 1816, it earned its name from the half-penny toll once charged to cross it.

Today, it’s a symbol of the city’s charm and a favorite spot for photos, offering beautiful views of Dublin’s skyline and riverbanks. The bridge connects the lively Temple Bar area to the more traditional north side of the city, making it a perfect stop while exploring central Dublin.
