Fes is one place we really wish we had stayed longer. It felt like a more authentic version of Marrakech, with all the history and energy but without feeling quite as overwhelming. Even in the short time we spent wandering the medina, the markets seemed to have much more interesting items. The city itself felt bright, lively, and full of character in the best way.
