What it’s really like:

Unfortunately, this isn't a very nice place; everything is overdue for renovations and replacements.

The pool was green, the first room we were checked into door didn't lock, and the aircon and wifi didn't work. The second room wasn't much better. The list is endless.

The staff were nice, but I didn't like how the owner spoke to them.
