What it’s really like:

Although the property is very well maintained, the pool has a stunning outlook, and the villas are HUGE, when we got there, we got a strange feeling, and the place was strangely deserted at a peak time of year.

The restaurant wasn't open, so we had to find somewhere else to eat. Luckily, a nearby resort was open for dinner. They scraped something together for breakfast, thankfully, but it seemed like it wasn't a common thing to see guests or to offer breakfast.

The villas are huge and perfectly clean, the pool has a stunning outlook, but there's something eerie about the place I couldn't quite work out. I was with a friend, and we both felt it.

In saying this, if you have a large group and want to cook for yourselves, this would be fine as you'd have the place to yourselves.
