Wapta Falls Trail in Yoho National Park offers an easy hike and a stunning view. The 4.6 km-long trail provides awesome views of the 18 meters-high and 107 meters-wide waterfall. Along the way, hikers will be able to hear the rumbling of the Kicking Horse River flowing in the background. By the time they reach the Top of Falls Viewpoint, hikers will be able to get a glimpse of the powerful Wapta Falls before heading down the base of the falls, giving them a great opportunity to feel the energizing shock from the mist surrounding the area. Once hikers reach the bottom, they can turn around and admire the beauty of the majestic waterfall once again on their way back. Overall, it is a great way to spend some time outdoors and explore the wilderness of the Canadian Rockies.
