Do not expect anything luxury: you get a bed, big room, aircon and breakfast but it is incredibly cheap for the center of Ubud and truly authentic local. It is a family business and they provide their home to you so yes it is not a high end hotel. If you are out exploring for the whole day and don't need a pool, this is the option for you.
