The Kayon Jungle Resort is one of the most booked and best value for money resorts in Ubud. I tried to book this place 3x times and it always was booked out. It features insane views over the magical rainforest with most likely the best resort pool in Bali. Great views come with a bit of a downside: you definitely need a scooter to be able to explore other sights in the area as it is literally in the middle of a jungle.
