Medieval fortifications in Spain

🏰 The Walls of Ávila in Spain are some seriously impressive medieval fortifications. Built between the 11th and 14th centuries, these bad boys are the real deal when it comes to historic defense systems. ⚔️ With a perimeter of over 2,500 meters, 88 towers, and gates like the Puerta de San Vicente and Puerta del Alcazar, they're like a fortress straight out of a fantasy novel. 📖 You can even walk along parts of the walls for that epic castle vibe. 🚶‍♂️ Plus, they're a UNESCO World Heritage Site, so you know they're legit. 🌟
