La Ruche is located in Chaumont-Gistoux, a beautiful village in the heart of Walloon Brabant, between Brussels and Namur. As the name also suggests, the theme is a bee hive (Ruche) and that theme translates very nicely into this tiny house. La Ruche is located on a private estate and you get the impression that you are staying in the middle of nowhere. Why this Tiny House is different from the others? You can tell by the service or different 'amenities' on offer. You get a unique stay in a beautiful location, but you get almost the same extras as in a hotel: towels, soap (shower and kitchen), tea & coffee, bed linen, wine or champagne that can be purchased on site, etc. By the way, upon arrival, the tiny house is already heated, with a lit fire in the stove, which is a service we could definitely appreciate - in the heart of winter.
