Dibidil is the name of a bothy (a free to use shelter for walkers) on Rum but it’s also the name of the area surrounding the bothy.

When I was volunteering for the nature reserve we walked with the horses towards Dibidil and it was beautiful, we had a clear view of Eigg and it was so incredible. You can stay here for free without booking but you need all your own food, bedding and cooking stuff. Prepare accordingly. Make sure you research the hike on walkhighlands.co.uk for more information before you do it or here https://www.isleofrum.com/accommodation/mountain-bothies/
