Walk up the small hill of Barpa Langais for a great view over the islands. Great wee walk to stretch the legs whilst you're exploring North Uist.

Visiting Barpa Langais was like stepping back in time. This ancient burial mound, dating back to around 3000 BC, stands strong against the rugged landscape. Made of massive stones, it’s part of a group of chambered cairns once used for burials. A perfect mix of history and natural beauty.
