Pack a picnic & get ready to swim, walk, paddleboard, or picnic at Luskentyre Beach. Harris' most famous beach, named one of the UK’s best in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, features miles of white sand along the coastline. The car park has good facilities, including toilets and bins, but the uneven path to the beach isn’t ideal for prams or wheelchairs. I tried paddleboarding but it was too windy with rough waves, so I skipped swimming too!
