This is an awesome stop if you are in the Interlaken area. And as soon as you pass the touristic place, you have the waterfall for yourself. How to get there: Park at the Grandhotel Giessbach. First you arrive at the waterfall viewpoint and you can actually walk behind it. This part is very crowded usually. But if you keep walking up, the path is getting empty and you have the waterfalls to yourself. Its around 2km in total, very easy to walk and it takes around one hour.
