You probably saw it: a gorgeous mountain lake and a red train passing by. Or a red train passing through a white wintersparadise. This might be here: the famous and very high Lago Bianco. The train passing might be the picturesque Bernina Express (which supposedly is one of the most beautiful train rides in Switzerland). So here is the place where you can find this perfect combination. There is a parking spot (46.416975, 10.012806) and you will hear the train in the distance far enough, so you will have enough time to get ready to photograph and witness this. Once you are here, you can also take a longer hike here, but I cant tell you about it, since I didnt do that (yet). By the way, the road is part of the wonderful Bernina Pass which connects St. Moritz with Poschiavo.
