Polignano a Mare, located on the Adriatic Sea in the beautiful Puglia region of Italy, is a hidden gem that not many people know about! This charming town's origins date back to the Neolithic period, and it has since been known for its stunning limestone cliffs, crystal blue waters, and ancient buildings. From exploring the winding streets of the old town or taking in the views from one of the many terraces overlooking the sea, to enjoying a meal in one of the world’s most spectacular restaurants situated inside a cave, there are plenty of activities to enjoy. Don't forget to also visit Lama Monachile Beach, famous for its picturesque cliffs, or the Grotta Palazzese to spot incredible marine life. Polignano a Mare is the perfect destination to experience authentic Italian culture while relaxing by the sea!
