If you're coming to Naples from another big city, then you will get the high speed Frecciarossa train directly to Napoli's central station.

Stazione Napoli Afragola is an Italian high-speed railway station located near Naples. This modern and revolutionary train station was designed by Zaha Hadid, a British-Iraqi architect and officially opened on June 6th 2017. It is meant to be the 'Gateway to the South' as it serves four individual high-speed lines, three inter-regional lines, and a single local commuter route. The station boasts large glass panels with winding shapes that evoke images of a moving train and a four-level complex which includes public amenities such as retail outlets, waiting areas and restaurants. Additionally, the interior has been specifically designed with energy saving in mind, using passive means such as cooling with ground water and internal shading and acoustic baffles for better temperature control. Ultimately, this modern railway station was developed to meet Italy’s transportation needs while also having minimal environmental impact.
