Piazza Venezia is a vibrant and lively landmark in Rome, Italy. This popular square is as historic as it is beautiful. It is known for its many thoroughfares, intersected with sites like the Via dei Fori Imperiali and the Via del Corso. Famous landmarks include the Palazzo Venezia, built by Venice's Cardinal, the Altare della Patria and part of the Monument to Vittorio Emanuele II, and ancient remains from the emperor Hadrian, recently unearthed during Metroline excavations. Piazza Venezia, just steps away from popular attractions like the Roman Forum, Pantheon and Capitoline Hill, makes an amazing spot to enjoy rich history and an exciting atmosphere.

From Piazza Venezia to the Pantheon (next destination i this guide) the road to take is normally "Via Del Corso" but I would highly recommend to take side roads as it's usually really busy, this way you get a more authentic feel of the place.
