Eloise surprised me with an IMAX ticket for my birthday to see Oppenheimer! While it’s a state-of-the-art IMAX with Laser theatre (not traditional 70mm film), the picture is incredibly sharp, the colours pop, and the sound is absolutely immersive and was the perfect film to see. If you are in Auckland and they are showcasing any Nolan movie (or you just love the movies) go to Event Cinemas and watch a film on the Imax screens!
